Being married means that I fully understand the financial pressure that comes with planning a wedding. I also understand the stresses of planning a wedding, not knowing which vendors to use and worrying about whether the cake should be cut after the ceremony or after the speeches. Little people are the best to have at weddings, but sometimes it feels a bit overwhelming for them, which is totally understandable. Don’t ever feel embarrassed if your niece doesn’t want to wear her pretty dress without a tantrum and tears, I know what it’s like. Having photos of our small people is also super important, so I will focus on them, no need to ask!

We don’t do creative shoots. We do adventures.

If you’re looking for a photographer who will take a few relaxed “portrait” shots at the botanical gardens, maybe we aren’t the team for you! We are slightly notorious for “bundu bashing” and finding the most inaccessible spots to get the perfect shot!

I’m an experienced bridesmaid

Are your bridesmaids partying too much and forgetting about the duties you entrusted to them? Good bridesmaids can sometimes be a rare find. This is where I come in!

Are you battling to get into your wedding dress? No problem at all! I will help you get into your wedding dress and zip you up.

Are your hair extensions falling out? Pass me a few bobby pins and I’ll hide those suckers!

I respond quickly to emails and DMs

Have you ever emailed a service provider, only to get an automated email informing you that your request has been received and you will receive a response within 5 business days? Unless I’m out shooting a wedding or on holiday over Christmas, you will always receive a response from me within 48 hours, even if it’s just an acknowledgment of receipt.

I’m here, ready to hear all about your big day, to answer all your questions about our services, to give you any advice you might ask me regarding the order of the day, recommending service providers and helping plan your shoot.

I’m super tall

This means that I get the most flattering photos of you… no double chins! Also, you’re looking for me in the crowd, I’m easy to find at 1.8m tall. Yes really – You’re very observant for noticing.

Meeting our couples and getting to know them is one of the most important part of the creative process because it helps us understand what their expectations are. I love hearing all about your plans for the wedding day, how you guys met, what you do for a living, how many pets you have and all the details you may think are incidental. I love staying in contact after your wedding, cheering you on from the sidelines when you go on your much anticipated overseas holiday, buy your first home, get that promotion, have babies and then you’re back in my inbox asking for family shoots- I just love it!
